This is a 60 minute class with a coach led dynamic warm-up to review movements and make any modifications needed. Our high intensity style class features cardio, strength and core work utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds and more! You won’t find a barbell or super complex movements in this class that’s open to anyone from novice to advanced. All classes are programmed by a Licensed Physical Therapist DPT, Coach Rachel Schulte.This is reserved for our monthly memberships only. Open gym time is specifically for hours outside of class time.
